We make contact with the debtor as quickly as possible:

By telephoning immediately, if telephone numbers are available

By making a doorstep call at their Office or Home address if we can't reach them via telephone.

What happens if they can't pay?

If the debtor can't pay in full immediately,we will negotiate a reasonable repayment program and collect the monthly installment personally to ensure that it is adhered to.

You get your money straightaway:

We will ensure that all monies are payable to you and when we have collected your money(whether it is the full amount or an installment payment),we guarantee to deliver it to you within 48 hrs. The money gets paid into your account.

Claims not accepted for collection:

Claims with no supporting documentation,claims where companies/individuals have been declared bankrupt or iva/cva deals are in place.

We will act upon personal guarantees given by directors of
insolvent limited companies.

Commission rates:

Our commission rates are lower than the majority of debt collection agencies because we have low overheads and no unnecessary administration costs.We can pass these savings on to you.

Don't forget that we operate on a no recovery, no fee basis.This means that it is in our interest as much as yours to collect your money.

Debts up to £10,000..........commission rate 30%

Debts over £10,000..........commission rate 20%

We issue an invoice on the last day of every month to include commission on all the payments which have been made in that month(payments we have collected and those which have been made direct to you).

Nothing to lose:

We are so confident that we can recover your money that we will happily accept those debts which your current debt collector has closed because they cannot confirm that the debtor is at the address.Visiting the debtor at their Office or Home invariably results in payment or agreement of a payment program.
